Owning a home is usually one of the largest investment decisions you will ever make.  It is also my belief that every individual will experience particular obstacles during the processes of home ownership.  These obstacles may create different levels of stress and anxiety.  You deserve to be treated with respect, compassion and patience.  You also deserve the assistance of an honest, professional, knowledgeable realtor.  I will hear your needs and provide valuable information to help you achieve your goals.  There ought to be no sense of pressure, especially around time.  Whether it's your first house or your tenth your concerns are valid and deserve my full support.  Looking back these ought to be good memories!!

Biography
A little bit about me professionally: I have been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1983.  The first 10 years were spent on the mainland.  For 7 years I was a Medallion Member; top 10% in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.  I sat on committees including Business Practices Committee, Membership Committee, and various subcommittees.  In the past 10 years I have been very fortunate to also participate in the design, construction and marketing of new homes.  I am confident in my expertise with new and used homes.  As a part of my career development I attend numerous professional and personal seminars and workshops.  I will always continue to learn and seek new experiences.

The personal me:  I love to travel and I've spent an extensive period of time in India and SouthEast Asia.  Travelling for me is about the new discoveries: the wonderful cultures, the architecture, the landscapes, and all the goodness and wisdom of people I meet.   And scuba diving, what an adventure for me!  I'm a social person and cherish my chances to build relationships with people on a professional or personal level and there are moments when I also nourish my private time.  At home I'm content to garden, enjoy some time with friends and family, or find a quiet place to read for awhile.

As a realtor:  My experience is a wonderful asset.  However, I feel my belief system about the importance of home ownership combined with my experience creates my success.  I believe in honesty and integrity and respect for the needs of my clients.  I've made strong connections throughout my career and can provide my clients with many sources of valuable information.  Home ownership is such a personal experience, it takes a very thoughtful professional to provide assistance or guidance.  I take pride in my work as a realtor.
